Pipe Repair

Look closely at the ceiling. How I discovered the issue was through the 1/4" hole I drilled to feed my endoscopic camera in to see the leaking & corroded pipes. I could also determine what framing needed to be removed to access the repair. The chopped up large hole in the front of the soffit was from a plumber that came out and tried find the water leak by putting a hole in the side of the soffit, but there was wood behind the sheetrock, and gve up, and told the customer he couldn't help her.

Wall damage where the sheetrock is crushed and unrepairable.

The HVAC thermostat was relocated. An access hole was made to free the wire, and route it through the other side of the wall. 

Ceiling medallion is glued to ceiling with Liquid nails and needs to be removed. Any damage resulting from the removal process will require repair.
